We want you to love everything from Snoot Style. If the size or style is not quite right, eligible items may be returned for a refund or size exchange under the conditions below.
Return window
· Submit your return request through our online returns portal within 30 days of receiving your order. To request a return please contact our Customer Service at info@snootstyle.com
· Once your request is approved, send the item within 14 days using a tracked postal or courier service. Snoot Style cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return items and keeping a record of the tracking details.
· Returns sent without an approved return request may be delayed or returned to the sender.
Return condition
To be eligible, an item must be suitable for resale as new. It must be:
· unworn, other than briefly tried on for fit;
· unwashed and unaltered;
· free from dog hair, dirt, marks, stains and odour;
· returned with all original tags attached; and
· returned with its original product packaging where reasonably possible.
We may decline a return, or reduce the refund where permitted by law, if the item does not meet these conditions.
Size exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged once for another size of the same product, subject to availability. The replacement item is dispatched only after the returned item has been received and passed inspection. Stock is not reserved while a return is in transit.
Customers pay the cost of returning the original item. Snoot Style covers standard outbound shipping for the first replacement. Further exchanges or expedited delivery may incur shipping charges. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the price paid for the returned item. Original shipping charges, return postage, duties and taxes are not refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Please allow up to 5 business days after delivery to our return’s facility for inspection and processing. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind and sizing returns, customers are responsible for purchasing tracked return postage. Keep the tracking number until the return is complete. Snoot Style is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged before they are received at our return’s facility.
Our customer service team will provide the correct return address for your region. Please do not send a return to an address shown on the original parcel unless directed to do so.
Promotions and Final Sale
Items purchased during a general promotion or with a discount code may be returned unless they were clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase.
Clearance, C-grade and sample items that are clearly marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect size or preference. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, submit a request through our customer service as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. Please do not send the item until you receive instructions.
Where the claim is accepted, Snoot Style will arrange or reimburse reasonable tracked return shipping and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse and damage caused by incorrect care are not manufacturing faults.
Regional consumer rights
This policy applies globally and is in addition to rights available under the consumer laws of the country, state or province where you live. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where local law gives you greater protection, that law will apply.
